Q. Is delivery free?
a. Standard first class delivery is completely free across all orders in the UK- No strings attached. Simply purchase your pleasure products and leave the rest to us.
Q. How long will delivery take?
a. Once you have completed your purchase all orders are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class and you can expect your delivery within 1-2 working days.

Q. How will my item be delivered?
a. Your privacy is the most important thing to us; therefore all orders are delivered in unbranded packaging to ensure complete discretion throughout the buying and delivery process. You will never have to worry that packaging or postage will provide any information of its origin or contents.
Q. Can I track my order online?
a. First class delivery is not tracked. If you wish to track your items delivery, you will need to upgrade your delivery option to a tracked service at checkout.
Q. What happens if I am not in when my item is delivered?
a. If you are not at home when your item arrives your delivery will be returned to your local Royal Mail Delivery Office for 7 days ready for you to collect or to arrange a re-delivery. If you are worried that you will not be at home when delivery is attempted, why not deliver to your work address? Remember that all of our orders are delivered in discreet unbranded packaging, so you don’t need to worry about making a scene at the office!

Q. How will my purchase appear on my bank statement?
a. To ensure complete discretion, all transactions will appear under ‘VC Limited’ which is our trading name.
Returns and Refunds
Q. Can I return my item?
a. If you wish to return any of your items we offer a full refund within 14 days of receiving your purchase. For hygiene reasons all products must be unused and in their original condition. Here is our returns policy in a little more detail:
The goods must be unused.
The goods must be returned in original condition & packaging.
Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day your item is delivered.
Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable

Q. What do I do if my item is faulty?
a. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty there is a freepost address you may use within the first month of purchase. Please note you will need to let us know if your item is faulty within 36 hours of your item being delivered. We offer a one year warranty on every product, if the item develops a fault within three months we can offer a refund or exchange, after three months, it is an exchange only. Any faulty items will be replaced completely free of charge.
